How to Use Your Dashboard
1. Viewing Scan Results
After your scan completes, your dashboard will show:
- Total number of data brokers found with your data
- Your exposure score and risk level
- Detailed breakdown of each source
- Types of information each broker has
- Recommendations for removal priority
2. Requesting Removals
You can request removal from individual brokers or multiple sources at once:
- Select which data sources to target
- Choose your removal plan (Pay As You Go, Bundle, Subscription)
- Submit removal requests instantly
- Track all requests from one central location
3. Tracking Removal Status
Monitor each removal request with real-time updates:
- Pending: Request submitted, awaiting broker response
- In Progress: Broker processing your request
- Completed: Data removed and verified
- Failed: Broker didn’t respond; we’ll follow up

Removal statuses are updated in real-time as we receive responses from data brokers. Most updates happen within 24-48 hours of request submission. You can manually refresh your dashboard anytime to check for updates.
Yes. You can download your scan report as a PDF directly from your dashboard. This includes all data sources where your information was found and detailed information about each exposure.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard under Billing Settings. Just click “Cancel Subscription” and your service will stop at the end of your current billing period. Any unused removals will expire.
Go to your Billing Settings and click “Update Payment Method”. You can add a new credit card or change your PayPal account. Your next payment will be charged to the new method.
Each person needs their own account to maintain separate scans, removal requests, and dashboards. This ensures clear tracking and monitoring for each individual’s data. You can manage family accounts if you’re the account holder.
We keep your removal records and scan history indefinitely so you can track what we’ve done. This helps with ongoing monitoring. If you delete your account, all your personal data is removed within 30 days per GDPR.
